Bromley 2012 - 2014

Voice Solutions like many local businesses started in a garage in the eastern suburbs of Christchurch New Zealand. In late 2012 as theChristchurch earthquakeswere starting to settle down voice solutions started operating from a garage inBromley New Zealand

Voice Solutions offered contract residential telephone marketing (telemarketing) services to local businesses. Initially using analogue phones on the copper network before upgrading to internet based phone systems and starting to develop CRMcall, advanced telemarketing software designed to manage the entire telemarketing process.

2013 - Cabin extention

As operations expanded a portible cabin was deployed to increase agent contractor seats allowing Voice Solutions to take on more contracts and contractors.


The tannery 2014 - 2017

By 2014 Voice Solutions had truly outgrown its Bromley roots and moved into an office on Tanner street nearThe Tanneryallowing plenty of room for expansion and much needed work life ballance for us and our family.

Here Voice Solutions perfected the CRMcall telemarketing system linking all the required systems and services to provide a streamlined easy experience to the agents no matter the requirements of the telemarketing contract.

Voice Solutions telemarketing operations peaked during our time at the tannery utilising about 30 contractors spread across two shifts to deliver multiple similtanious telemarketing campaings to businesses throughout New Zealand.


Ferrymead 2017 - 2019

In 2017 Voice Solutions made the move to new offices located abovesuper liquorin theFerrymeadshopping precinct by the estuary in south eastern Christchurch.

These new premise suited us better as it was slightly smaller and had far superior amenities allowing us to mantain our core telemarketing contracts with plenty of room for diversification as our business interests grew and developed.

Here Voice Solutions expands its services to include it support, website design, audio and television support, debugging and training. Servicing primaraly residential but also business customers throughout the Christchurch metropolitan area.


Aranui 2019 - Now

In 2019 due to one of Voice Solutions largest telemarketing contracts (an Auckland company) suddenly going into liquidation owing a considerable ammount of money we were forced to reduce expenses so relocated the offices toAranui

Here Voice Solutions continued to maintain a small call center while also focusing on and growing new business interests

2020 - Covid

In March 2020 when New Zealand went intocovid 19lockdown Voice Solutions evolved it's telemarketing software CRMcall to the cloud by virtualizing the internet (sip) phone into the web browser meaning agents could be based remotely and only require a laptop with internet access and a headset to market remotely.

This marked the end of Voice Solutions having a physical telemarketing office. Agents now market remotely from wherever they choose needing only a laptop and a headset, future proofing the CRMcall system from similar threats.
